Job summary

CIS Secure, operating within the Intrepid Solutions group, seeks a Journeyman Workflow Support Specialist to optimize enterprise analytical workflows and automate data-enabled processes for a DoD program. You will collaborate with government stakeholders to implement scalable workflow solutions and ensure data accessibility and reporting in a secure environment.

The role requires TS clearance eligibility, bachelor’s degree, and strong documentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of professional experience.
• Ability to perform duties independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience supporting business processes, workflows, or operational procedures.
• Experience documenting workflow requirements, process improvements, or operational guidance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to identify and implement workflow improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience handling sensitive or classified information per security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support analytical workflow enablement across enterprise organizations and mission partners.
• Assist with configuration, implementation, and sustainment of government-directed enterprise data platform capabilities.
• Support data analysis, reporting, monitoring, and workflow automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with government personnel to identify workflow improvements and efficiencies.
• Document business processes, procedures, and workflow requirements.
• Develop and maintain workflow documentation, user guides, and SOPs.
• Coordinate with analysts, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure workflow solutions support objectives.
• Monitor workflow performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Validate workflow functionality and resolve process issues.
• Support enterprise reporting and dashboard initiatives by ensuring workflow data is complete and accurate.
