Job summary

Service Alternatives is seeking an experienced full-time Case Manager in Everett, WA. This role manages and transitions individuals who receive Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) into internships and paid employment.

Applicants are expected to have a bachelor's degree in social work, relevant experience, and a clear background check. Benefits include health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and real-time access to earned wages.

Qualifications

Job Summary

Wage: $23.90/hr (paid on the 7th of each month)

Program: 48

Locations: Everett

Shifts:

Monday-Friday (40 hours per week)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field
• Least one year of social services work experience
• Have a clear criminal history and pass a background check

Licensing and Certifications

• Currently have or within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license (paid by SA)
• Current driver license, car, and car insurance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse populations in a case management setting is preferred.
