Responsibilities:

• Review and identify claims with subrogation potential
• Communicate subrogation needs and investigation strategies to front-line adjusters
• Collect and upload supporting documentation for subrogation
• Issue notices in accordance with client requirements and state-specific regulations
• Provide detailed updates on claim status
• Negotiate and settle worker’s compensation subrogation claims with attorneys, adverse carriers, or at-fault parties
• Provide strategic recommendations to clients and their stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years’ experience in General Liability, Personal Injury, Products Liability, or Workers’ Compensation Claims
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy
• As the role grows, ability to learn quickly and take on new challenges and responsibilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and PDFs
