The Workers’ Compensation Defense Partner will play a crucial role in managing, leading, and expanding our firm’s workers’ compensation defense practice. This position involves overseeing case strategy, litigation, and resolution for our clients, as well as mentoring associates and contributing to the firm’s overall growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, capable of managing a full caseload remotely while fostering client relationships and pursuing business development opportunities.

Qualifications:
  1. Must have a minimum of 5 years of practice experience in Workers Compensation Defense.
  2. Florida Bar member in good standing.
