We are looking for an experienced legal assistant or paralegal who is passionate about helping injured clients get the help they need. In this role, you will be responsible for providing initial analysis regarding the viability of a case and conveying the benefits of representation to prospective clients.

  • Manage a large volume of cases.

  • Liaise with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and medical providers.

  • Coordinate with insurance adjusters and claims representatives to obtain authorization for medications, treatments, and surgeries for clients.

  • Draft routine motions, subpoenas, discovery requests, and correspondence.

  • Prepare and compile specials for insurance carriers.

  • Request clients’ itemized bills and medical records.

Spanish fluency a MUST.
