Role Description

This is a full-time remote role in Northern California for a Workers Compensation Field Case Manager -RN- at PriMedical, Inc. The role involves tasks such as facilitating medical care, coordination of return to work with employers, and partnering with providers, injured workers, employers and adjusters to meet pre-defined goals .

The field nurse will be responsible for an approximate case load of 25-30 cases, driving to provider appointments and/or other facilities in approximately 50 mile radius.

• Discharge Planning and Utilization Management skills
• Worker's Compensation Case Management experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations for CA
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent computer and basic application skills
• Registered Nurse
• Certification in Case Management is a plus
• Bilingual is a plus
