Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney (Remote with MD Bar)

Join a leading law firm as a Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney. This remote position is open to Maryland barred attorneys with a minimum of 2 years' experience in workers' compensation defense law.

Salary Range

$125,000 - $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

About the Role

We are seeking candidates with a strong understanding of Maryland workers' compensation laws, experience with employer liability claims is a plus, and a JD from an accredited law school. Admission to practice in MD is required, with additional licenses in DC, DE, VA, or PA considered a plus.
