Rothman Orthopaedics is looking for a Worker’s Compensation Coordinator to join our team. The role is a call center position that fields a high volume of calls related to Worker's Compensation. The coordinator responds to requests from patients, insurance companies, nurse case managers, adjusters, and other referral sources. The coordinator schedules appointments and sends reports.

Hours: Mon - Fri: 8am - 5pm EST
Location: Fully remote; must reside in DE, FL, GA, NC, NJ, PA, SC, or TX
The Workers' Compensation Coordinator serves as a liaison between the patient, practice, and insurance companies. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, obtaining case details for registration, provider triaging, and providing status updates. The coordinator facilitates the release of records and communicates with nurse case managers, adjusters, and other referral sources to coordinate claimant care in accordance with state regulations.
