Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster (California Experience Required)

Location: Work from Home (Must be located in California)

We are offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, exciting position with no commute. The role requires previous workers' compensation adjusting experience (taking statements, paying lost wage benefits, filing state forms, denying claims, subrogation, litigation, etc.).

As a Work Comp Adjuster, you will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle workers' compensation claims on behalf of our clients. You will communicate with a wide variety of individuals, including CEOs, claimants, providers, and attorneys. Experience handling claims in multiple jurisdictions is vital.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a workers' compensation claims adjuster.
• License/state experience in California and your SIP.
• Demonstrated knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office and claims management software.

We will provide office equipment, IT support, and training from our home office.

The salary range is $50,000-$100,000. Pay is based on factors including location, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
