Job summary

Great West, an Old Republic Company, is seeking a Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster who enjoys solving problems, making informed decisions, and helping injured workers navigate challenging situations with confidence and compassion. Hybrid work model out of Boise, ID with three days in the office and two days remote, offering autonomy and opportunities to grow.

You will investigate, evaluate, and manage claims end-to-end, negotiate settlements, and build strong relationships with workers,

• Experience in workers compensation claims or related insurance, claims, or risk management.
• Strong communication, organization and multitasking skills.
• Critical thinking and the ability to make independent decisions.
• Effective negotiation skills with a solutions-focused mindset.
• Desire to learn, grow, and expand insurance industry expertise.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and proactively manage workers compensation claims from start to finish.
