Job summary

CCMSI in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Claim Consultant to manage a complex portfolio of claims across states. This full life-cycle WC adjuster role requires 5+ years' hands-on claims experience, client-focus, and sound judgment; you will lead investigations, set strategy, and deliver timely resolutions for a single dedicated client account in a hybrid work model.

Arizona license is required; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Workers’ Compensation claims experience.
• Experience in multiple states is a bonus.
• Arizona adjuster license is required.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and manage workers’ compensation claims in compliance with state regulations and company standards.
• Establish reserves, authorize payments, and negotiate settlements within authority levels.
• Coordinate with attorneys, medical providers, case managers, and other vendors to drive claim resolution.
• Monitor claim progress, maintain accurate documentation, and provide timely claim status reports.
• Identify and pursue subrogation opportunities when appropriate.
• Communicate effectively with clients, claimants, and other stakeholders throughout the claim lifecycle.
• Handle complex claims with minimal supervision while maintaining compliance with client-specific handling instructions and corporate standards.
• Participate in claim reviews, hearings, mediations, training sessions, and client meetings as needed.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilledWorkers’ Compensation Claim Consultant with experience in multiple states, to manage a complex portfolio of claims with confidence, empathy, and sound professional judgment. With 5+ years of hands‑on claims experience, you will lead thorough investigations, guide claim strategy, and ensure fair, timely resolutions.Supporting a single dedicated client account, you will serve as a trusted claims partner, developing deep expertise in the client's operations and delivering a personalized, high-touch claims experience. This role also offers a strong development pathway for advancement into more senior claim positions. As a Claim Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to CCMSI clients and upholding our high standards of quality and responsiveness.This is a full life‑cycle WC adjuster position within a TPA environment, and only candidates with proven Workers’ Compensation claims experience will be considered.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Arizona adjuster’s or home license is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency — highly valued for communicating with claimants, employers, or vendors, but not required.
• Previous experience handling waste management accounts ina preferred.

Compensation & Compliance

The posted salary reflects CCMSI’s good‑faith estimate in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, geographic location, and internal equity. This role may also qualify for bonuses or additional forms of pay.
