Job Overview:
A respected law firm in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join its team. This full-time role is ideal for a self-motivated legal professional who can independently handle workers' compensation cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience, excellent communication skills, and a desire to grow within a dynamic legal practice. New York licensure is a plus.

Location:

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Duties:

Represent employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters

Manage a caseload independently from inception to resolution

Conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations

Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs

Provide legal analysis and strategy tailored to each case

Maintain client communication and ensure timely updates

Appear in administrative hearings in Pennsylvania and New Jersey

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience practicing workers’ compensation law

Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision

Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills

Strong case management and organizational abilities

Willingness to relocate or commute to Philadelphia, PA

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

Active and in good standing with the Pennsylvania and New Jersey State Bars

New York Bar admission is a plus
