Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense law firm, seeks a Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our Mt. Laurel, New Jersey office. This role targets attorneys with 1 to 5 years of litigation experience who want to advance in a growing Workers’ Compensation Department.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of litigation experience in workers' compensation or related areas.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Litigate a variety of workers' compensation claims, including high-exposure and complex matters.
• Collaborate with partners and associates to develop case strategy.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial-related documents.

Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with more than 60 years of dedicated service, is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney with 1 to 5 years of litigation experience to join our growing Workers’ Compensation Department in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey

The Opportunity

This is an exceptional opportunity to litigate a variety of workers’ compensation claims involving high-exposure, complex litigation. Common claims we litigate involve repetitive trauma, occupational disease, and death and hearing loss claims. We represent clients across numerous industries including construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, education and more.

Compensation range: $110,000 - $150,000

The posted compensation range for this position is based on several legitimate, non-discriminatory factors set by the Firm.
