Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense law firm, seeks a Workers' Compensation Attorney in Mt. Laurel, NJ with 1 to 5+ years of litigation experience to join our Workers’ Compensation Department.

You will litigate a variety of workers’ compensation claims, collaborating with senior attorneys to manage high-exposure matters. You will receive mentoring, hands-on development, and structured feedback to grow into full case management at your own pace.

Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with more than 60 years of dedicated service, is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney with 1 to 5+ years of litigation experience to join our growing Workers’ Compensation Department in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey

The Opportunity

This is an exceptional opportunity to litigate a variety of workers’ compensation claims involving high-exposure, complex litigation. Common claims we litigate involve repetitive trauma, occupational disease, and death and hearing loss claims. We represent clients across numerous industries including construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, education and more.

Compensation range:

$110,000 - $150,000

The posted compensation range for this position is based on several legitimate, non-discriminatory factors set by the Firm.
