Responsibilities

• High volume caseload which you will manage and be responsible for.
• Working with law firm state of the art AI and software systems and following firm protocols.
• Provide quality client experience to include verbal and written updates.

• Collaborate and/or train support staff, co-lawyers, and everyone connected to Ankin Law.
• Make time for case strategy and discussion especially on high value or high expert cost cases.

This advertisement is a wide and broad search. Our beginning career attorneys typically start around $100,000.

Our seasoned attorneys typically have a base salary of $100,000-$200,000 and a clearly defined compensation structure based on performance with no upper end cap.

We evaluate candidates based on proven results, including settlements, jury verdicts, and future potential.

• Lawyering ability is prioritized over the ability to generate business. Exceptional lawyering generates clients.
• Ability to manage caseload without sacrificing the quality of experience for one client over another.
