This role is open to candidates located anywhere in Florida and offers the opportunity to manage your own caseload while working closely with an experienced Partner to develop litigation strategies and provide exceptional client representation.

This position is ideal for a motivated attorney looking to refine their legal skills, expand their expertise, and contribute to a well-established team. Strong writing skills and experience reviewing medical records are highly valued, as these will play a crucial role in case strategy and preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a diverse caseload of Workers' Compensation defense matters
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and client consultations
  • Review and analyze medical records to support case development
  • Draft clear and concise legal documents, motions, and pleadings
  • Maintain regular client communication to ensure exceptional service
