Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law 200 firm, is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join their expanding team.

This is a remote position for California-based attorneys, with optional access to office space.

Salary: $100,000 – $220,000 a year

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the legal defense of workers' compensation cases from inception to resolution.

  • Conduct discovery, depositions, mediations, and hearings.

  • Collaborate with clients including insurance companies, third-party administrators, and employers.

  • Maintain proactive case management and clear client communication.

Required Qualifications:
