Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree required.
• Active California State Bar membership in good standing required.
• 2-5 years of experience as an attorney preferred.
• Workers' Compensation experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct trial depositions, including medical and fact witness.
• Draft and submit legal briefs.
• Manage hearings and take testimony.
• Travel as necessary for discoveries and court appearances.
