Brookdale is seeking a Workers' Compensation Administrator to manage our workers' compensation program, conduct claims reviews, audits, and investigations, and ensure compliance with national, state, and local regulations. The role collaborates with associates, communities, and HR partners to optimize claims handling and safety programs.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Administers the company’s workers compensation program. Works in a team environment, interacting with associates, adjusters, providers, community management, regional HR representatives and brokers, as necessary. Documents, audits, and investigates claims. Provides guidance to the organization to ensure compliance with national, state, and local regulations.

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college preferred; and minimum of two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
