Pond Lehocky Giordano seeks a detail-oriented Workers’ Compensation Paralegal in Lancaster, PA. The role supports attorneys through all case stages, organizes documents, and maintains client communication.

You will coordinate with insurers, medical providers, and opposing counsel, ensuring timely progress and meticulous records within a fast-paced legal team. Ideal candidates bring paralegal experience in workers’ compensation or injury law, strong organization, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Previous paralegal experience, preferably in workers’ compensation or personal injury law.
• Familiarity with legal terminology, case management, and document preparation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with the day-to-day management of workers’ compensation cases.
• Prepare, review, and organize legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and case filings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic case files and records.
• Communicate with clients to obtain information, provide case updates, and address routine inquiries.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, medical providers, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties.
• Request, collect, and organize medical records and other supporting documentation.
• Track case deadlines, hearing dates, appointments, and other important milestones.
• Assist with hearing preparation, including compiling exhibits, organizing evidence, and preparing case materials.
• Monitor case progress and follow up on outstanding documents and information.
• Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys as needed.
