Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense law firm, seeks a Workers' Compensation Attorney in Mt. Laurel, NJ with 1 to 5+ years of litigation experience to join our Workers’ Compensation Department.

You will litigate a variety of workers’ compensation claims, collaborating with senior attorneys to manage high-exposure matters. You will receive mentoring, hands-on development, and structured feedback to grow into full case management at your own pace.

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years of litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Litigate a variety of workers’ compensation claims involving high-exposure, complex litigation.
• Mentored by experienced shareholders and associates to develop case-management skills.
• Represent clients across industries including construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, education and more.
