You will manage cases from initial consultation through resolution, advocating for injured workers and coordinating with a seasoned group of attorneys and staff. You will represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences, prepare pleadings, analyze records, and develop case strategies to negotiate favorable outcomes while keeping clients

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active Delaware Bar license or ability to obtain admission.
• Workers' compensation experience preferred.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage workers' compensation claims through all phases of litigation.
• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Prepare legal pleadings, motions, and supporting documentation.
• Analyze medical records, employment records, and case evidence.
• Develop case strategies and negotiate favorable outcomes.
