Job summary

Ace Electric is seeking a Worker's Compensation and Leave Coordinator to manage the company’s workers' compensation claims and employee leaves. You will collaborate with Safety, HR, and insurance partners to ensure timely, accurate processing while maintaining strict confidentiality.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience with HRIS/benefits systems, and the ability to handle sensitive employee information in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant HR experience in workers' compensation and leave administration.
• Confidentiality and data handling expertise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with HRIS, benefits, or workers' compensation systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workers' compensation administration with the Safety Department.
• Communicate with employees and stakeholders about claim status and documentation.
• Track workers' compensation and leave cases from initiation to resolution.
• Coordinate leaves of absence (FMLA, medical, personal) and return-to-work timelines.
• Maintain confidential records and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist with STD/LTD paperwork and related processes.
