Requirements include a J.D. from an accredited law school and an active Illinois license, with 1+ years of workers’ compensation defense experience.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Illinois.
• 1+ years of experience handling workers’ compensation defense matters.
• Hands-on experience in defense-side workers’ compensation is required for consideration.
• Experience handling workers’ compensation claims, case management, settlement negotiations, and litigation.
• Strong legal research, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage cases and develop effective defense strategies.
