Qualifications

• 3+ years of workers' compensation defense experience.
• Experience handling claims before the SC Workers' Compensation Commission.
• Ability to manage cases independently and drive strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive workers' compensation defense caseload.
• Conduct thorough legal analysis of incoming and existing claims.
• Perform detailed case investigations and medical record analysis.
• Handle all phases of discovery, including pleadings and motions.
• Take depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses.
• Prepare for and argue cases before the SC Workers' Compensation Commission.
• Maintain relationships with adjusters and corporate clients.
• Draft briefs, motions, and legal arguments supporting clients.
