EmployBridge, the United States' largest light industrial staffing company, seeks a Workers' Compensation Claims Specialist for a 100% remote role. You will support risk management by optimizing cost of risk, handling complex claims, and coordinating with TPAs and attorneys to ensure timely resolutions.
You will manage multi-jurisdictional claims, establish reserves, drive closures, and document developments in RMIS. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

The Workers' Compensation Claims Specialist plays a key role in supporting Risk Management's objective of optimizing the organization's cost of risk by managing complex workers' compensation claims. This role requires a deep understanding of claims processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution.
The anticipated annual base salary for this position in the US is $50,000 - $55,000 This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
