Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent.
• Licensing: Jurisdiction knowledge MA, CT, NH, RI, VT; VT, CT, NH, RI licensing.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing workers’ compensation claims to determine benefits.
• Negotiating settlements within designated authority.
• Communicating claim activity with claimants and clients.
• Reporting claims to excess carriers and responding to directions promptly.
