Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Represent injured workers in administrative hearings and provide legal services.
  • Analyze case information and documents to advocate for clients.
  • Counsel and advise injured workers to protect their rights.
  • Explain laws, timelines, risks, and options to workers.
  • Negotiate with insurers, employers, and other parties to protect rights.
  • Draft memoranda and briefs for litigation and proceedings.
  • Coordinate with senior staff to ensure consistent legal interpretation.
  • Prepare cases for appellate review to the Law Court.
