You will manage a diverse caseload, representing clients in various situations related to workers' compensation claims.

Key Responsibilities:
- Defend employers and insurance companies against workers' compensation claims.
- Conduct detailed investigations and case analysis to formulate defense strategies.
- Draft and file legal documents, including motions and responses.
- Conduct depositions, prepare for and attend hearings and trials.
- Negotiate settlements with claimants and their legal representatives.

Qualifications:
