Job summary

Primoris Pipeline, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join our operations team in Texas. You will receive, inspect, and process shipments; pick, pack, and prepare orders; and help maintain accurate inventory using our warehouse management system.

This role requires physical stamina and attention to detail. You will operate forklifts and other equipment, keep the facility safe, support training of new teammates, and participate in scheduled safety programs.

Qualifications

• Must-have: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic math skills for inventory accuracy.
• Able to stand for extended periods in a physically demanding environment.
• Reliable transportation to the warehouse location.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process shipments, inspect deliveries for accuracy.
• Sort, label, and store items in designated locations per protocols.
• Fulfill orders: pick, pack, and prepare shipments for dispatch.
• Perform cycle counts and audits to maintain stock accuracy.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment; perform maintenance checks.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized; report hazards.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily goals and discuss improvements.
• Follow safety policies and participate in safety training.
• Assist in special projects and training new team members.

Job Overview

As a Warehouse Worker at Primoris, you will be an essential part of our operations team.

• Receiving and Processing Shipments: Inspect incoming deliveries to ensure accuracy, check for damage, and confirm compliance with company standards.
• Sort, label, and store items in designated locations following inventory management protocols.
• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Ensure products are handled safely and efficiently to minimize damage and delays.
• Inventory Management: Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels. Update inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material‑handling equipment. Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure equipment remains in good working order.
• Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe work environment. Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors promptly.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals. Participate in team meetings to discuss process improvements and address challenges.
• Compliance and Safety: Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and regulatory requirements. Participate in safety training programs and actively contribute to a culture of workplace safety.
• Additional Warehouse Duties: Support special projects, such as inventory relocation or seasonal order surges, as needed. Assist in training new team members to uphold company standards.

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Must-have
