Workday Technology Analyst is responsible for configuring, supporting, and continuously enhancing Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions that enable efficient, compliant, and user-centered People processes. This role combines strong HR functional knowledge with technical expertise to translate business needs into scalable solutions across Core HCM and related modules. The Workday Technology Analyst partners closely with stakeholders to lead analysis and solution design, support production operations, and advance system enhancements, upgrades, and broader People Systems initiatives.
We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $101,795.20 - $156,499.20 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
