Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Support Services is seeking a Workday Systems Architect / AI Lead to design and lead intelligent automation within Workday Financials. You will bridge Finance, HR, IT, and Data teams to deliver a scalable, secure, data-driven ecosystem and define enterprise architecture standards.

You will guide Workday integrations, governance, and AI-enabled enhancements for forecasting, reporting, and decision support, while mentoring engineering teams in Agile transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of software development, systems architecture, or enterprise applications experience.
• 5+ years designing and implementing integration architectures.
• Proven experience with Workday Financials architecture and integrations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable future-state architecture centered around Workday Financials.
• Lead Workday Finance solutions aligned with growth objectives.
• Define end-to-end system architecture including integrations, data models, security, and reporting.
