Responsibilities

• Support Workday Financials and related finance applications, including financial management, procurement, reporting, and connected processes.
• Gather, analyze, and document business needs, requirements, and functional specifications with Finance stakeholders.
• Evaluate processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements aligned with Finance priorities.
• Configure and maintain Workday business processes, security requirements, reports, and calculated fields.
• Support integrations and data flows between Workday and adjacent finance applications; coordinate with technical teams as needed.
• Provide day-to-day production support, troubleshoot issues, communicate resolutions, and escalate risks.
• Create and improve scheduled and ad hoc reports using Workday reporting tools.
• Collaborate with Finance and Technology Services to validate data accuracy and improve data visibility.
