Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of experience in consulting or advisory roles focused on enterprise-scale platform implementations
  • Experience with estimating, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and collaboration
  • Ability to build credibility with senior-level, financially literate client executives
  • Proven thought leadership through speaking engagements or publications
  • Ability to manage multiple projects of varying scale and duration
  • Experience in training and developing staff in project management and technical skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in Workday Financials, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, and FDM
  • Strong healthcare provider industry knowledge
  • Experience implementing Workday in clinical operational settings
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering
  • Excellent time-management, prioritization, and analytical skills
  • Desire to learn new tools, techniques, and methodologies
  • Thought leadership through speaking engagements or publications is a plus

The estimated base salary range for this role is $165,000 - $225,000, with total compensation including incentives estimated between $206,250 - $303,750. This range is a good faith estimate and may vary based on skills, experience, market conditions, and travel requirements. The role is eligible for Huron’s benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, and wellness programs. Salary transparency is maintained in accordance with applicable laws.
