Job summary

SystemsAccountants in Chicago, on-site in Downtown, seeks a Workday Integration Lead to design, develop, and maintain complex integrations within the post-production environment. You will oversee the health of our global Workday ecosystem spanning HCM and Financials, and mentor a small team of three developers.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Workday integration development, with deep Workday Studio expertise.
• Experience supporting both HCM and Financial Management modules.
• Hands-on development of high-priority integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors.
• Strong knowledge of XSLT, XML, and Java-based logic.
• Familiarity with Workday security model and reporting with BIRT.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical authority for Workday Studio integrations.
• Manage full integration lifecycle for HCM Payroll and Benefits and Financials Procure-to-Pay.
• Prioritize system enhancements, manage technical debt, and maintain compatibility with bi-annual Workday updates.
• Lead a team of three developers with code reviews and coaching.
• Translate complex technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
