Job summary

Envision Technology Solutions in Irvine, CA seeks a senior Workday specialist with 7–10 years of hands-on HCM experience to lead Workday security modeling and core HCM configuration. You will own access controls, role definitions, and security reviews across modules.

Collaborating with HR, IT Security, and Audit teams, you will drive remediation plans, support audit readiness, and help optimize business processes, notifications, and event triggers within Workday.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years hands-on Workday HCM experience.
• Deep knowledge of Workday Security Model (RBAC, domain, and business process).
• Experience with Business Processes, Notifications, User/Role-Based Groups, Condition Rules, and Event Triggers.
• AMS (Application Management Services) experience.
• Experience with security/access reviews and audit readiness assessments.
