Qualifications

• 2+ years of related work experience in a consulting practice servicing cross-industry clients.
• Minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations of Workday.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in full life cycle Workday implementations including planning, design, and build phases.
• Document business requirements, system design and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Create training materials and quick reference guides for user adoption.
• Conduct training classes for end users.
• Provide post-production support.
• Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).
• Other duties as assigned.
