Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, documentation, and translation of business needs into technical requirements for medium to large-impact efforts
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, Payroll, and HR to maintain consistent methodologies and governance models
- Conduct testing to ensure enhancements and projects meet business requirements and are defect-free
- Develop and maintain various integration types between Workday and other systems
- Serve as an escalation point for complex ServiceNow tickets and provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Workday configuration experience required
- Intermediate level experience with Excel required
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
