Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and six years IT experience, four in Workday security.
• Substitution of education and experience on a year-for-year basis is allowed.
• Experience with security audits, access controls, and regulatory standards for government.

Responsibilities

• Implement Workday security: user profiles, roles, domain security, integration, and Reports security.
• Maintain a security matrix and ensure privacy standards and State policies.
• Lead Security Administrator for Workday configurations, integrations, and optimization.
• Review Workday roadmap and release notes to assess impacts on security.
• Troubleshoot security issues and guide best practices.
• Manage role-based access controls and security policies.
• Configure/domain security policies and workflow; document incidents and lessons learned.
• Coordinate quarterly Workday updates, audits, and process improvements.
• Communicate security updates to senior executives in oral and written reports.
