Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure compliance with both Optum and OIJMH business unit requirements.
  2. Support the Enterprise ERP System.
  3. Build supply chain optimizations and develop new features.
  4. Manage the build and deployment of new modules, projects, and enhancements.
  5. Follow the Change Control process for requests through migration to Production tenants.
  6. Support application upgrades, maintenance, security, and access management.
  7. Monitor the ServiceNow queue for urgent requests and ticket assignments.
  8. Work directly with clients and Change Management to document business requirements.
  9. Participate in On-call rotations with team members for critical off-hours issues.
Required Qualifications:
  1. At least 2 years of experience with Workday SCM and Workday Finance in an operational or technical support role.
  2. Undergraduate degree.
  3. Experience in report building.
