Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a Package Consultant specializing in Workday Recruiting to implement and support cloud-based recruiting solutions for clients worldwide. You will conduct fit analyses, gather requirements, design and configure the system, perform unit testing, and roll out the solution.

The role emphasizes collaboration across modules, post-implementation support, and continuous improvement within IBM's FutureNow Centers, working with clients in both public and private sectors.

Qualifications

Exposure to cloud-based recruiting solutions and fit analyses.
Familiarity with the Workday Recruiting module and its capabilities.
Experience resolving configuration and functional issues across recruiting/onboarding.
Experience implementing and supporting Workday Recruiting, including unit testing.
Ability to gather and analyze client requirements to tailor configurations.
