Job summary

Technamo LLC, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, is seeking a functional expert for Workday systems. This role involves configuring business processes, conducting unit testing, and supporting production on Workday. Ideal candidates will have at least four years of experience with Workday HCM and a solid grasp of HR business processes.

The position requires collaboration with various departments and HR leaders to enhance current processes while ensuring compliance with EEO guidelines. You will also mentor team members in Workday methodologies.

Qualifications

• At least four (4) years of experience with Workday HCM, Global Implementation, Workday updates, Performance, Talent, Compensation.
• Experience with Workday EIBs and Calc Fields.
• Advanced reporting in Workday.
• Preferable training from a Workday or Implementation partner.

TECHNAMO is a niche, young & dynamic IT service provider, VA SWaM certified, Microsoft Cloud Certified Partner, focused on providing IT Solutions & Services to government and commercial companies.

TECHNAMOis a Tier-I Contractor to provideIT Services to the Virginia govt. agencies (70+ entities) and contracted to provide services to state govt. New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Arkansas, Delaware, and Maryland govt. agencies.

Responsibilities

• Configure Business Process, Core HCM, and Security functional areas within the Workday system.
• Conduct unit testing and provide production support on an ongoing basis.
• Act as a functional point of contact between other functional departments and IT/HR leaders to gather requirements on new configuration and triage production breaks.
• Conduct analysis of current process within Workday and provide recommendations for enhancement.
• Align with global and local participants in planning, analysis, and development of business requirements for HRIS modifications and improvements.
• Utilize a ticket system to respond to tier two support requests.
• Collaborate with global HRIS partners to develop solutions for Workday enhancements and fixes that meet regional and global needs for a balanced platform.
• Collaborate with HR Communications teams to develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation to support change management.
• Maintain awareness of current trends in HRMS with a focus on product development, delivery, and support.
• Provide direction, mentoring, and guidance to other team members for areas of Workday expertise.
• Serve as subject matter expert on HR business processes; document processes and generate concise, understandable business requirements for non-technical audiences and secure partner sign-off.
• Identify and articulate options to partners and influence decisions based on facts and analysis.
