• 4 years of experience in quality assurance or testing.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, ServiceNow, Workday, Excel, PowerPoint, and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance & Testing.
• Develop and execute test cases and test scenarios based on user story acceptance criteria.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and release testing.
• Review and validate test cases with Product Owners and project stakeholders.
• Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution.
• Resolve testing ambiguities and ensure adequate test coverage.
• Coordinate and execute regression testing for every release.
