Job summary

Forbes Technical Consulting LLC seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead a large Workday implementation and enterprise transformation in a hybrid Chicago setting. You will drive the program across multiple workstreams, coordinate with leadership and IT, and manage the partner and vendor ecosystem.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years guiding complex technology programs, with direct Workday implementation experience, strong governance, and executive communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years leading large-scale enterprise technology transformation programs.
• Minimum 7 years of experience managing ERP, HCM, Finance, Payroll, or similar enterprise implementations.
• Direct experience as Program Manager for two or more full-cycle Workday implementations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead organization-wide Workday implementation and transformation program.
• Maintain momentum, assess current state, and manage execution through remaining phases.
• Serve as primary liaison among leadership, stakeholders, IT teams, Workday partner, and vendors.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
