We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Program Manager to lead and manage the development and delivery of key product initiatives. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of product programs, ensuring alignment with Strada Global's strategic objectives and delivering value to our clients.
The Role
- Program Leadership: Define and manage the overall program strategy, goals, and objectives in alignment with the company’s product roadmap and business objectives.
- Drive the end-to-end development and execution of key product initiatives
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization and development to go-to-market strategy and successful roll-out
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Build strong relationships with key partners (internal teams and external partners/vendors) to facilitate seamless collaboration and alignment
- Project Management: Develop detailed program plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.
- Lead product initiatives from ideation through launch, establishing clear milestones and deliverables
- Monitor the deferrable and non-deferrable costs for the program
- Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and external partners, on program status, challenges, and outcomes.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all program deliverables meet the required quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze program performance and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
The Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in program management, product management, or a related role, preferably in the technology or services sectors.
- Skills: Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Methodologies: Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Tools: Proficiency in project management tools such as SmartSheet, Jira, Asana, or Trello, and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to change as needed
- Must be a critical thinker with strong and demonstrated problem solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification and Workday product management.
- Technical Background: Familiarity with human capital management systems, financial management platforms, or related technologies with focus on Workday.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the human capital or financial management sectors.

140,900 USD
Maximum
223,600 USD
