Salary: $136,500–$146,400

Overview

Enterprise-level Workday Prism Analytics lead responsible for architecture, data modeling, pipeline development, platform support, and reporting strategy. This individual will own the end-to-end Prism environment, partnering with reporting, integration, HRIS, Finance, and business teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and support of Workday Prism Analytics.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, datasets, transformations, and security models.
• Architect scalable Prism solutions and establish development standards and best practices.
• Manage ingestion of Workday and external data sources.
• Partner with reporting, integration, governance, HRIS, Finance, and business stakeholders.
• Optimize platform performance and provide Tier 2/3 support.
• Drive Workday reporting strategy, user adoption, and platform expansion.
• Mentor technical resources and promote reusable architecture patterns.

Must-Have Requirements

• 5+ years of Workday experience.
• 2+ years hands‑on Workday Prism Analytics architecture and development.

Strong Experience With

• Workday Prism Analytics
• Data modeling
• ETL/Data pipelines
• Enterprise reporting architecture
• Workday reporting and calculated fields
• Workday HCM and/or Finance data structures
• Experience blending external data with Workday data in Prism.
• Understanding of Workday security and access controls.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Prism Certification.
• Background in data governance, analytics architecture, or enterprise data platforms.
• Experience supporting HRIS, Finance Systems, or Supply Chain reporting environments.
