Parsons is seeking a Workday Principal HRIT Specialist to join our team as the Learning & Development Lead.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless administration, integration, configuration, and maintenance of the Learning, Talent, and Performance module.
  • Collaborate with HRIT team members and Learning & Development Subject Matter Experts to meet production schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX requirements using the HRIT application development governance framework.
  • Analyze requirements for system enhancements and recommend technical solutions, considering priorities.
  • Troubleshoot issues, test solutions, and work with stakeholders and the HRIT team.
  • Integrate acquisitions into the Workday platform in collaboration with IT and Business groups.
Minimum Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in HCM, with at least 6 years supporting Workday HCM in Learning, Talent, and Performance modules.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Deep understanding of Workday’s Business Process Framework and Security.
  • Experience with learning content management, scheduling, enrollment, and course completion management.
  • Ability to configure talent and performance review components, disciplinary actions, and development plans.
  • Experience with reporting, calculated fields, and EIB loads.
  • 4-year degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Preferred Skills
  • Workday Pro certifications in Learning, Talent, and Performance.
