Job summary

William Everett is seeking a PMO Lead to provide senior program leadership and Workday SME expertise for a large-scale ERP implementation. The role will oversee governance, risk, and alignment between the client, internal departments, and the SI, with a hybrid on-site requirement.

Minimum qualifications include 10+ years in ERP programs, 8+ years with Workday, and strong executive communication. This position emphasizes strategic leadership and stakeholder management in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large ERP implementations.
• 8+ years with Workday implementations.
• 5+ years in payroll/time tracking integrations.
• Proven PMO leadership and governance experience.
• Experience in public-sector or highly regulated environments preferred.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO governance, escalation, and reporting.
• Oversee PMO team of 7–10 members.
• Serve as the client’s primary Workday SME.
• Align client requirements with SI activities across lifecycle.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones.
• Facilitate executive steering and status communications.
