Job summary

Intone Inc. in Englewood, NJ is seeking a Workday Payroll Technical & Functional Consultant for a 6-month contract. The role blends payroll functional expertise with technical work to support configuration, integrations, reporting, and production support.

You will gather requirements, configure payroll components, support testing and deployments, and troubleshoot issues. Experience with Workday Studio, integrations, and certifications is highly valued.

Qualifications

4 to 10+ years of Workday experience.
3 to 7+ years of Workday Payroll implementation and support experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
Experience with at least one full-cycle Workday Payroll implementation.
Experience supporting production Workday Payroll environments.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze payroll and time tracking requirements
Configure Workday Payroll components, including earnings, deductions, garnishments, taxes, pay groups, pay components, payroll calendars, and payroll input
Support payroll business process configuration, parallel testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployment
Troubleshoot payroll calculation issues and provide ongoing production support and issue resolution
Build and maintain Workday integrations, reports, calculated fields, and security configurations
Perform other duties, as needed
