Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive U.S. payroll experience.
• Hands-on experience using Workday Payroll.
• Experience conducting payroll testing, validating results, and documenting issues.
• Experience building payroll reports and reconciling payroll data.
• Experience investigating payroll system issues and documenting findings.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the technical resource for Workday Payroll functionality and processes.
• Translate payroll requirements into clear specifications with HRIS and validate changes.
• Coordinate payroll-focused testing for releases and system changes.
• Develop and support Workday reports, calculated fields, worksheets, and dashboards.
• Investigate issues and document findings; communicate payroll impacts to stakeholders.
• Create training materials and documentation for new or changed functionality.
• Identify opportunities to automate payroll processes and improve reporting.
